There's some articles online claiming that new Ranger should be able to tow around 7,100 pounds depending on the trim level that you opt for. But as said above it seems Ford is more interested in a high payload cap. Wondering if due to that lack of diesel options if the Rangers towing capacity will be lower than that of its rivals.
