Traded 14 Tacoma for new Ranger

Picked up new Ranger last week, black Lariat w chrome and FX4 packages. Previously drove 88 & 93 Rangers, went with Tacoma in 02, 08 & 14. Ranger has better ride/comfort, feels like more power, better towing (tow mode, less shifting). Lots of high tech options included + smaller things like heated & power folding mirrors, pwr lock on tailgate, blind spot monitoring for length of trailer. Only concern compared to Tacoma is resale value.

Keep us posted. I currently have a '14 Tacoma Off-Road and I'm keeping my eye on the Ranger.

Aftermarket support is also a big one for the Ranger if you're like me and desire that route.

Congratulations on the new Ranger and welcome. The more stock you keep your truck, the better its resale value will be. Autoblog has some approximations of what used values will be on the Ranger already. https://www.autoblog.com/car-values/ford/ranger/2019/

That's nice but its common for people to revert to stock once they're ready to sell, i've seen this done with leased vehicles.
You wouldn't think they were modified into show cars but they were.

How are you liking the truck? How does it compare to your '14 Tacoma so far?
